Guide To The Web is a web index acting as a guide to the online world. It contains information and references to resources available on the Internet. The directory is split into categories and sub-categories for different subjects and areas of interest.

Submission to the index is FREE and there is no charges related to being listed in the directory. All submissions are subjected to a thorough review by our editors. We review all submissions manually and only accept quality sites with original content.

Please take a few moments to read and understand our submission guidelines. Failure to comply with the guidelines is a sure way to get your submission rejected.

Website Submission Guidelines

When submitting a site or link please read and follow these guidelines carefully. If you do not follow the guidelines your submission will be rejected.

Make sure to submit a unique description IN ENGLISH language. Do not copy text directly from your site or use text already submitted to any other directory.

Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror websites are sites that contain identical content, but have completely different URLs.

Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory.

Multiple submissions of the same or similar sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.

Do not attempt to disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.

Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address (permanent or non-permanent redirect).

Best Links Around has a policy against listing websites that contains illegal content. Examples of illegal material include child pornography; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence).

We do not accept sites "under construction." Wait until your site is complete before submitting it. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" notices, or contain graphics or links that are broken are most likely not going to get accepted into the directory.

Adult or pornographic websites are not accepted.

Submit non-English sites to the appropriate category under the World category.

Don't submit sites consisting largely or entirely of affiliate links, or contains content that has the sole purpose of redirecting the user into a affiliate purchase process.
